Ordering

When will my order ship?

At Lil'Loom, we know how exciting it is to receive new clothes for your little ones—and we work quickly to get your order on its way. Our team typically needs 1–2 working days to process, inspect, and package your order with care, ensuring every item—whether it’s a soft cotton onesie, a pair of stretchy toddler pants, or a simple graphic tee—is in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse.


For more intricate pieces that require extra attention—such as outfits with delicate embroidery, ruffled details, or small decorative elements like buttons or appliqués—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This additional time lets our team double-check for quality, making sure every stitch and detail is secure enough to withstand active play and frequent wear.


Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Where do you ship to?

Lil'Loom is proud to deliver children’s clothing to families all over the world, with shipping available to nearly every country. Whether you’re in a busy city, a quiet town, or a coastal village, we’ll make sure your little one’s new outfits reach you.


Shipping times vary by destination: most orders within North America and Europe arrive in 5–10 working days, while international deliveries to Asia, Australia, and other regions typically take 10–15 working days. These are estimates, and delays can happen due to factors like customs processing, local postal service schedules, or unexpected weather—unfortunately, these are beyond our control.


For international orders, keep in mind that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are set by your country’s regulations, not Lil'Loom, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand any potential costs.

How are the product materials sourced?

At Lil'Loom, we believe children’s clothing should be safe, comfortable, and responsibly made—and that starts with how we choose our materials. We source fabrics and supplies in an ethical, eco-friendly way, prioritizing your child’s well-being and the planet.


Most of our materials—like soft organic cotton, breathable linen blends, and gentle knit fabrics—come from trusted local suppliers. This supports local businesses and reduces transportation-related emissions. Every material is rigorously tested to ensure it’s free from harmful chemicals, gentle on sensitive skin, and durable enough to handle spills, tugs, and daily adventures.


For specialized items (like hypoallergenic zippers or non-toxic dyes), we partner with global suppliers who share our commitment to quality and safety, so every piece meets our high standards.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

We strive to make sure our product images show true-to-life colors, so you know exactly what to expect. Our photography team uses professional lighting and high-resolution cameras to capture the soft pastels of baby outfits, the bright hues of toddler playwear, and the subtle tones of everyday basics.


That said, slight color differences can occur. These may come from small variations in fabric batches (natural materials like cotton can vary slightly) or differences in monitor settings (brightness and color calibration affect how colors appear on screens). Rest assured, these differences are minor and won’t take away from the clothing’s charm—but if you’re unsure about a color, feel free to contact us for extra photos.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Lil'Loom purchase. For full details—including timeframes and steps—visit our “Returns & Exchanges” page.


In short, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and still have their original tags and packaging. Custom or personalized items have specific guidelines, which are noted on their product pages.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We package every order with care, using soft wrapping for delicate pieces and sturdy boxes to prevent damage. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away.


Contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim quickly and arrange a replacement, refund, or repair—whichever you prefer—at no extra cost. If we need the damaged item back, we’ll cover return shipping.


Payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Lil'Loom doesn’t currently offer cash on delivery (COD). This helps us keep transactions secure and efficient—COD can cause delays and complications for both families and our team.


Instead, we offer secure payment options like major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay). All transactions are encrypted to protect your details, and these methods make returns or refunds easier if needed.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?

Yes! We’ve partnered with Afterpay to offer flexible payments for customers in Los Angeles and beyond. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments, due every two weeks—no hidden fees as long as payments are on time.


This option is available for most items, so you can stock up on kids’ clothes without waiting. Just select Afterpay at checkout, create an account (or log in), and complete your order. Your items will ship as usual, so your little one can enjoy their new clothes sooner.
